About us
In 1988, Rolf Bouman (pictured above), a native of Essen, Germany, immigrated to Canada and founded in subsequent years Canadian Pioneer Estates Ltd. which is to this day part of his corporate group. The wealth of experience gained by the Bouman group of companies and its teams over the course of more than 30 years is now decisive for successful project planning and execution. More than 1,700 lots of land have been developed and sold by the Bouman group of companies, and all properties offered on this website are owned solely by the group. We are not Real Estate brokers.
The operating field of our group of companies is no longer limited to land development, but over the past 20 years also includes consulting and publishing. This enabled our corporate group to found the philanthropic Friends United Initiative, which assist in cooperation with the Rotary Club Indigenous peoples of the North American continent in many ways.
