SEVEN PENINSULA
ESTATES

Seven Peninsula Estates

Over the course of the past 20 years, we have acquired 12 individual land parcels from different owners, which we combined into this unique 610-acre property. This unusually large acreage is completely surrounded by undeveloped Crown land (nature reserve). The shoreline of the property spans more than 10,000 ft. (2 miles) across seven peninsulas on the picturesque MacAulay Lake. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity means you would be the only private property owner on this beautiful lake, as the rest of the shoreline property is owned by the Crown (Canadian government) and not for sale.

This very rare constellation offers the owner of this large acreage complete privacy. Several old wood roads and 4-wheeler trails lead through the property, allowing for exploration. The property’s landscape is best described as rolling hills with abundant wildlife, all on virgin grounds. Most of the 610 acres are covered with softwood trees, which opens the opportunity to construct your own log home. On the beautiful peninsulas of this property, many hardwood trees such as maple and birch can also be found. These hardwood trees produce a vibrant color in the autumn, which is typical for the Canadian East Coast. This colorful season is locally often called Indian Summer.

An abundance of wildlife, limitless potential and endless adventuring

During our time exploring the property, we noted white-tailed deer, foxes, Canadian geese, ducks, and bald eagles, to only name a few species.  Many of these animals feed on blueberry fields, fish and other vegetation, which can be found within a 10-mile radius around the property.  This allows for a unique opportunity for individuals who are keen on observing nature, enjoy recreational hunting or fishing and looking for the perfect summer home location.

This property has incredible development potential due to the size of the property and the lake. MacAulay Lake offers incredible fishing and the ability to launch a recreational boat to do things like wakeboarding, tubing and even land a seaplane.  The seven private peninsulas on the property offer multiple prime building locations, as well as the opportunity to build a private airstrip for a plane or helicopter to land. Thanks to its undisturbed location, the owner will find an abundance of relaxation potential on this very special and private retreat. All the development options explored could be guided by our trusted team to allow the client to know their investment is progressing well.

Looking for two unique properties in close proximity?

If you wish to have something that is shared with other landowners, we would suggest looking at MacInnis Lake Estates. MacInnis Lake Estates is approximately 1.5 miles away from Seven Peninsulas Estates and offers 4500 plus feet of beautiful lakefront. Contrary to Seven Peninsula Estates, you can find neighbours while enjoying your large blueberry fields on the property. Pairing Seven Peninsula Estates and MacInnis Lake Estates together would not only be a great investment but also increase the development potential of each property, by allowing multiphased developments in close proximity with one another.
