Sea Wolf Estates: Close to world class Golf Courses
This unique four-lot subdivision and the surrounding areas are deeply steeped in history. For centuries, this region has been renowned for farming and fishing, especially lobster, tuna, and Atlantic salmon fishing on the world-renowned Margaree River. One of the neighbouring properties was the homestead of the celebrated Canadian writer Alistair MacLeod. Many of his books were written here and inspired by this area and its people. Additionally, numerous music festivals, such as the Celtic Colours, occur in this region annually.
Sandy Beaches, World Class Golf Courses and the Cabot Trail just minutes away
Incredible, pristine sandy beaches can be found nearby, not to mention the world-famous golf courses Cabot Cliff and Cabot Link in Inverness. Two owners in the Sea Wolf Island Estates subdivision have already erected beautiful villas and houses, some of which were constructed by the same contractor who built most of the villas at Cabot Cliff and Cabot Link golf courses. The fourth and last remaining lot of Sea Wolf Island Estates features the highest elevation of all four properties (ca. 300 ft.) above sea level, overlooking all other lots), thus offering the best view.
In the north, you can see the famous wildlife reserve Sea Wolf Island and in the south, a beautiful valley offering a picturesque panoramic view combining over 200 degrees views of the Atlantic and surrounding areas.
This 25-acre property can be accessed from two sides, as it fronts not only on Route 19 but also has access via a private driveway, exclusively for lot owners, from the Broad Cove Marsh Shore Road. Only a few minutes away, Route 19 intersects with the Cabot Trail, a world-famous shoreline road around the nature reserve Cape Breton Highland National Park. With numerous wharves nearby during the season, you can purchase lobster right at the wharf or enjoy whale watching.
Glenora Distillery
Finally, within a 30-minute drive, you can also reach North America’s only single malt whisky distillery, Glenora Inn Distillery.

I have seen the Canadian and American Rockies,
the Andes, the Alps and the Highlands of Scotland,
but for simple beauty,
Cape Breton out rivals them all!”
